Orders & Returns
When placing an order with The Popsicle Shop, you will receive an order receipt confirmation email to confirm we have received your order and actively processing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your shipment tracking information, including tracking number. If you have a registered account onThe Popsicle Shop, you can further check the status of your order by logging into "My Account".

The Popsicle Shop accepts the following forms of payment through our secure system: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover,PayPal and Amazon Pay. At this time,The Popsicle Shop does not accept personal checks or purchase orders as forms of payment. If you have questions or need assistance with placing your order and making a payment, please contact Customer Care at 855-422-1212.
In the event that your payment is declined, your order will not be processed although a charge may appear on your banking statement within the pending charges section. If a pending charge appears, rest assured, The Popsicle Shop has not collected any monies, and this will fall off your statement after a few days per your banking institution’s policies.
Sales Tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to all states where sales taxes is applicable.
Changes to Orders & Cancelled Orders
The Popsicle Shop makes every attempt to accommodate our customers during the order placing process. If you need to make a change to your order reach out to Customer Care and we will attempt to cancel the order. If the order is cancelled and you wish to continue with your purchase, you will need to resubmit your order online with the correct information. We cannot edit orders once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience and request you contact our Customer Care Department or call 855-422-1212 with questions.
The Popsicle Shop makes every attempt to avoid backordered merchandise, but occasionally we may have an item that goes on backorder. If an item from your order goes on backorder, Customer Care will contact you and inform you of your options for your order. If you have any questions or concerns about the availability of an item, please contact our Customer Care Department or call 855-422-1212.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Department or call 855-422-1212 to assist with an exchange or return of your item(s). To process your return or exchange quicker, please include in your return package:
- Complete the Return Form
- Order number and/or a copy of the packing slip
- Written reason for your return
- All returned items must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products.
- The Popsicle Shop is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only.
We will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase for the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle. If the item(s) being returned was a gift, an online The Popsicle Shop promo code will be issued in lieu of a refund. Returns made more than 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored with a The Popsicle Shop promo code for the purchase price.
